There’s a one-of-a-kind destination sitting inside Gardens by the Bay that’s quickly becoming one of Singapore’s most exciting cultural venues. IMBA Theatre is where art, storytelling, technology and innovation collide, and its lineup is about to get more colourful. David Hockney: Bigger & Closer (not smaller & further away) invites you to step into Hockney’s world, where you’ll explore 60 years of his career, while Botero: A Life In Fullness takes you on a deeply personal journey through Fernando Botero’s life. Now, Bloomyard by Graphic Rewilding has officially joined the mix, transforming the already-impressive gallery into a larger-than-life floral world filled with oversized blooms, swings, and games to play.

Play among the blooms at Bloomyard by Graphic Rewilding

With its latest installation, IMBA is trading its quiet gallery etiquette for something far more playful. Created by artist duo Catherine Borowski and Lee Baker, in collaboration with IMBA, Bloomyard by Graphic Rewilding transforms the gallery into an immersive garden where you can actually play in the art. Wander through a vibrant floral arch and among oversized blooms, soar on swings, challenge someone to a game of flower-shaped table tennis, or see who has the better putting skills around the garden mini-golf course. If you need a break from all that very serious competition, grab a drink at The Bloomery among the blooms, then browse exclusive merchandise featuring Graphic Rewilding’s distinctive botanical prints at Stacked Store. The experience leaves Singapore on October 25th, they’re offering 30% off tickets until then, so get yours here.
