Eat Spain, Drink Spain is officially in full swing, and restaurants and food stores across Singapore are putting on events, interactive wine dinners, special offers, and more in celebration of Spanish cuisine. 1. Discover the Art of Cochinillo de Segovia
Witness the craftsmanship behind one of Spain’s most iconic dishes: the Cochinillo de Segovia at an immersive live cooking show from 12pm-2pm at Huber’s Gourmet Studio on October 31. Watching the preparation of a whole suckling pig served with a sauce reduction, before tasting the delicious end result. You’ll even take home a $100 Huber’s eVoucher to continue the experience at home.
2. Cochinillo de Segovia Tasting Session
Hungry for more? Visit Huber’s the following day on November 1 between 1pm-3pm and sample the famous Tabladillo Cochinillo de Segovia. There’s no need to sign up, you can simply wander in and indulge in the melt in your mouth texture and delicate flavours of this unique Spanish delicacy.
3. Wine Pairing Dinner by Noa at Olivia
If you’re looking to elevate your understanding of Spanish wine, then this pairing dinner at Noa by Olivia is right up your street. Curated by Tres Monos Distribution, the experience will take you on a journey through carefully matched wines and contemporary plates, designed to highlight the versatility of Spain’s terroirs. Reserve a spot now and mark your calendar for November 6, from 6:30pm until 10:30pm.
4. Wine Tasting at Deviate Wine Bar
Join a collaborative winemaker tasting with three unique voices in European winemaking: Carmelo Peña (Canary Islands), Luis Pedro (Portugal), and Manuel Tschanz (Switzerland). You’ll get the chance to taste their latest expressions, from volcanic island terroirs to alpine vineyards, in a cross-border tasting experience on November 7 at 7pm.

3. Deviate
The team at Deviate are proudly passionate about wine, and committed to creating a welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere for guests. From September 22, they’re offering you the chance to try two of Navarra’s most exciting wines, Garnacha Blanca and Graciano. For a limited time only you can enjoy them for $19 per glass or $92 per bottle – salud!
