The renowned specialty coffee brand from California, Blue Bottle Coffee, made its Southeast Asian debut by opening its first cafe in Singapore today. Located at LUMINE Singapore in Raffles City Shopping Centre, the famous coffee brand brings its signature coffee experience to Singapore after its humble beginnings in Oakland, California more than 20 years ago. Coffee enthusiasts can look forward to enjoying the full Blue Bottle offering at the Singapore outlet. Here’s what we know about Blue Bottle Coffee Singapore.
First Blue Bottle Coffee in Southeast Asia
Coffee lovers are treated to the full brand experience in a welcoming space at LUMINE Singapore. The new cafe follows Blue Bottle’s initial foray into the Singapore market in August 2024 with a retail store and exhibition at the same location.
This new outlet showcases the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship, hospitality, and community, reflecting its approach to sourcing, roasting, and brewing coffee. Additionally, customers can enjoy expertly brewed signature single-origin coffees, hand-drip pours, and a seasonally-curated espresso menu in a minimalist 42-seater setting.
The beautiful cafe, is decked out with a stainless steel bar, white oak furniture, leather accents, custom oak Taguchi speakers, and vibrant floral arrangements by The Florté, to bring the space to life.
Menu highlights
The menu offers classic Americano ($7.50), Latte ($8.50), Cappuccino ($8), and Mocha ($9.50). Meanwhile, the brand offers notable iced coffees like signature Cold Brew ($.70) and unique New Orleans-Style Coffee ($8). Additionally, non-coffee drinks can enjoy refreshing juices like Lemon Yuzu Fizz ($8.50) and comforting matcha and in-house hot chocolate.
Pair your beverages with a selection of handcrafted bakery goodies in partnership with Bakery Brera. Think the likes of Singapore-inspired creations such as Coconut Kouign-Amann ($8) and Pandan Canelé with Kaya ($6), as well as Pain au Chocolat ($8), Almond Croissant ($8), and Triple Cheese & Turkey Croissant ($8).
Wonderfully, the brand is one of the most recognised coffee names globally, so this reputation for specialty coffee in itself will make a significant impact on Singapore’s thriving coffee culture. Certainly, guests can create meaningful coffee experiences between 8am and 8pm daily.
Definitely, Blue Bottle Coffee Lumine Singapore Raffles City Cafe will become a top coffee destination this year.
