Twenty years after forming, Westlife’s songs are still being streamed, sung at karaoke and the boys are still touring. While they’ve already made a pit stop in Singapore this year, fans of the Irish boy band can relive their favourite songs in a room full of candles thanks to Candlelight.
From “Uptown Girl” to “Flying Without Wings”, audiences will get to hear the soaring melodies like never before thanks to a fabulous piano solo at Chamber, The Arts House.
Don’t miss out on Westlife by Candlelight this July. Tickets from $35.
There is no best boy band debate in history without Westlife in the mix. In fact, when on MTV’s Battle of the Boybands in 2012, they came out supreme defeating not only the Jonas Brothers but also the Backstreet Boys on their way to the top. It shouldn’t come as that much of a surprise with the Irish lads having racked up 14 number-one hits across twelve studio albums.
The former Parliamentary Chamber is the highlight of The Arts House, where hundreds of candles get to shine bright on nights like the one coming up in July. As a talented pianist dances their fingers over the ivories, audiences will be carried away with songs such as “Beautiful In White”, “My Love”, “Seasons In The Sun”, “You Raised Me Up” and “Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love For You”.
Candlelight: Best of Westlife at The Arts House takes place on Thursday 14 July. With two piano performances on the evening, guests have plenty of time to go out for dinner before or drinks afterward and make the most of the evening.
