CapitaLand will host its second edition of the popular virtual party CapitaVerse this April. The 24-hour experiential party, will take place on April 5, in Decentraland.
In collaboration with Bandwagon Labs once again, the event will feature an even better lineup than June 2022, with hundreds of attractive prizes to be won, alongside live performances, interactive art and fashion showcases, and much more.
What to watch out for
Wonderfully, attendees can teleport across four levels of activities, from vibrant lifestyle and art workshops, to virtual hunts for real-world prizes, and entertainment offered by local acts and brands.
Event highlights include a UFO-shaped venue called Skybase, home to Singaporean experiences such as the National Gallery Singapore, who will create a unique virtual museum by showcasing collections by Choy Weng Yang and Thomas Yeo, to inspire audiences attending CapitaVerse in a whole new way.
Additionally, a live stage inside the venue will host headliner Annette Lee, for the first time, who will perform a range of her cover tunes, as well as special appearances by her hilarious online personas – Chantelle and Aunty Susan. While one of the best nightlife places, Zouk, will be lending their DJs Ghetto and Jeremy Boon for a raging party.
Plus, an activity hub will be set up underneath the stage to enjoy virtual exhibitions and other experiential experiences like futuristic 3D live displays of retail by brands such as M.A.C, FILA and Mastercard®.
Additionally, there will be more than 800 iconic real-world prizes up for grabs, worth more than $120,000, through virtual hunts and games. And, you can dress avatars in exclusive wearables for a social media contest.
The CapitaVerse event by Bandwagon Labs begins at 7pm on April 5 at Decentraland. Certainly, a unique way to discover the best fashion, music and excitement in Singapore.
