Changi Festival Village Is The Essential Christmas Spot In Singapore

Feeling festive already?

You’re in luck. A whole world of Christmas fun has already opened its doors over at Changi Airport. Between now and January 3, 2021, Changi Festival Village is the perfect place for some family festive fun. [Featured Image: @changiairport, Instagram].

While travelling is heavily restricted, don’t let that prevent you using the airport for this immersive experience. There’s places to eat, places to shop for gifts and a whole dinosaur themed area for kids and adults alike to marvel at.

A stunning 16-metre Christmas tree should wow you every time you visit. It’s beautifully lit up and acts as the perfect centrepiece to this magical experience at Changi Airport. I mean, just look at it. Surrounded by plenty of other shrubbery, it sticks out while blending into the surrounding universe.

Now, let’s discuss the dinosaurs now, shall we? For starters, there’s the Dino Wonderland in terminal three, complete with life-sized beasts to walk among and take a snap with.

But, the star attraction for many will be the dino go-karting arena. You’ll find this over at terminal four, boasting karts that reach 24km/h with many twists and turns. Nearby in the same terminal, visitors will find the 30-metre dino bounce — the giant, dinosaur themed bouncy castle.

Lastly, there’s the Dino Fest, in the terminal three departure lounge. This offers over 50 stalls of street food, activities and dinosaur themed attire to purchase.

Obviously, this is absolute heaven for dinosaur lovers, but don’t forget that everything also runs in the spirit of Christmas, making it the perfect day out for the family to see the year off.
