Singapore’s waterfront just got a magical upgrade with the arrival of the highly-anticipated Disney Cruise Line. The iconic cruise ship has officially docked in Marina Bay Cruise Centre for the first time ever ahead of its maiden sailing this March 2026. The arrival marks a historic moment as this is the first Disney Cruise home ported in Asia—a partnership between Disney Cruise Line and the Singapore Tourism Board announced in 2023. Here’s what we know.
What to expect from Singapore’s Disney cruise
The thrilling cruise liner, named Disney Adventure, will set sail from Marina Bay Cruise Centre on March 10, 2026. It offers a one-of-a-kind experience for families, Disney fans, and cruise lovers. Meanwhile, guests can expect the full Disney experience at sea when they hop on board. From live Broadway-style shows to character meet-and-greets, themed dining inspired by Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and more…you’ll be spoilt for choice onboard. Plus, there are multiple pools, kid-friendly water zones, and adult-exclusive areas for extra fun.
Designed to bring Disney magic to Asia and Singapore, the Disney Adventure is also one of the largest cruise ships ever built—accommodating more than 6,000 passengers, and featuring cutting-edge entertainment technology. It’s powered by clean-burning LNG fuel which is more sustainable. In fact, Robert Downey Jr was seen touring the Disney cruise ship in Singapore this week.
Travellers can book short regional itineraries from Singapore across Southeast Asia for at least the next five years. Learn more about the Disney Adventure cruise.
