Eggslut is a famous American eatery that launched in Singapore last year. They specialise in the most delicious egg-filled dishes. Particularly, famed egg sandwiches and burgers.
In 2011, it was founded by chef, Alvin Cailan, while being brought to the market in partnership with the same folks who brought you Shake Shack.
Located at Scotts Square, expect all your Eggslut favourites with customised items for Singaporeans. For instance, the menu is filled with scrumptious sandwiches such as Bacon, Egg & Cheese ($12) and Gaucho ($27) with wagyu tri-tip steak, cage-free egg, chimichurri sauce, red onions, to name a few.
Additionally, you need to try their famous signature dish Slut ($11) which consists of eggs atop of house-made potato puree in a tin with slices of toast. There is an option to add bacon for extra deliciousness.
Why not make it a full meal by adding sides and beverages? Think duck fat Truffle Hashbrowns ($5.50), House-made Buttermilk Biscuit ($6) served with honey butter and either refreshing Orange Juice ($5.50) or select from a range of coffees.
The Eggslut outlet in Singapore makes it the sixth country that the brand operates in. Other locations include Los Angeles, Las Vegas, London, Seoul and Tokyo, to name a few. Certainly, one of the best loaded sandwiches places in Singapore.
