Hilton is bringing its acclaimed luxury lifestyle brand, NoMad, to Singapore in a landmark debut for Asia Pacific. Set to open in early 2027, the upcoming NoMad Singapore on Orchard Road will mark Hilton’s first foray into the luxury lifestyle segment in the region as demand for experience-driven stays grow. The launch follows the success of NoMad London, which gained international fame after opening in 2021. Wonderfully, the new hotel will anchor itself amid Singapore’s premier shopping and entertainment district. Here’s what we know about the opening of NoMad Hotel in Singapore.
What can guests expect at Asia’s first NoMad Hotel?
The new 174-room NoMad Hotel will combine sophisticated design, world-class dining, and immersive cultural programming, developed in partnership with UOL Group (one of Singapore’s leading property and hospitality companies).
Guests can expect to experience the vibrant pulse of Orchard Road while enjoying convenient access to nearby heritage spots like Chinatown, Little India, Bugis, and more—offering an authentic connection to Singapore’s diverse cultural fabric.

Globally, NoMad Hotels like those in Las Vegas, New York, and London boost signature features, including namesake restaurants, classic tavern-inspired bars, cosy Library lounges that function as social spots for breakfast, work, or cocktails. Meanwhile, some properties feature outdoor pools with private cabanas, gyms, full-service spas, and more.
Overall, each NoMad property worldwide strikes a distinctive balance between refinement and playfulness, with interiors that blend local artistry, and modern elegance to create a sense of place. Therefore, Singapore is the perfect luxury gateway for NoMad’s debut in the region.

Additionally, NoMad Singapore strengthens Hilton’s broader luxury expansion across Asia Pacific. The group plans to grow its luxury portfolio to 150 hotels in the region, with upcoming openings under its Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, and more in destinations including Bali, Sydney, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, and Hanoi.
