You’ll find this gem of a spot in Chinatown, and it is the oldest location for a gay bar, being in business for 20 years. 2. Out Bar
Expect some fantastic dance tunes, from Mandarin to Chinese to English, while taking advantage of an excellent daily Happy Hour, from 6pm – 9pm. Before the pandemic, this entertaining spot featured some epic guest DJs. We can only hope that when restrictions lift, they’ll be headlining the dancefloor again. If you just want somewhere to hangout, you can order some tasty grub in this Hollywood-inspired bar. Please note, this bar is currently closed due to restrictions but they hope to open during the month of June, just in time for Pride.

Head to this popular gay hangout on Neil Road to immerse yourself in some karaoke and classic entertainment. All LGBTQI party-goers can let loose here, feeling totally equal, meeting the funniest people, and indulging in some cheeky cocktails and other affordable drinks. Equally, it attracts a mixed younger crowd but offers a great nightlife experience.

This 5-star hotspot is inspired by Hollywood Asian actress Anna May Wong, and prior to covid-19, was one of the greatest places to party in the city. In a classy setting, you’d see this bar jammed full of people, happily losing themselves to the music. It is temporarily closed due to restrictions, but when you get to go, expect plenty of entertainment from a pool table to darts, music videos, and comfortable seating, where you can chill-out. Be sure to order one of their sweet concoctions to send your taste buds into overdrive.

5. Tantric Bar
This sister joint to May Wong’s is no stranger to the gay community. Prior to covid-19, it exhibited intense weekend crowds, where party-goers felt racy and included while bouncing to the pop tunes. Though, a mixed crowd tend to gather at this welcoming spot for a night of fun. With an outdoor and indoor area, there is plenty of opportunity to mix and get to known people. Indeed, one of the best gay bars in Singapore.

Next to Tantric and May Wong’s, you’ll find this LGBTQI-friendly bar, which is also owned by Home Of The Blue Spin. You’ll feel right at home as you walk up to the entrance, and see the large rainbow flag proudly swinging. It offers the perfect blend of culture, nightlife and classy cocktails. Therefore, if you love a bit of glitz and glamour, this chill-out hangout is the place for you. When restrictions lift, we recommend making the most of your night by heading between the three bars in this hot gay neighbourhood.
