In terms of dress code, there is none, but you’re encouraged to come in your funkiest 70s and 80s disco attire. Think flared jeans, satin shirts, jumpsuits, platform shoes, psychedelic prints and lots and lots of sequins. All attendees must be 18 years old or older to attend and doors open 30 minutes before the event begins at 6:30pm, which means you’ll have time to mingle with like-minded disco lovers and grab a drink before the DJ starts.
From ABBA to Bee Gees: The Sound of Disco
Birthed in NYC’s underground dance scene in the late 60s, disco is a genre that’s been filling up dancefloors all over the world for over 50 years. In the 70s, it slipped into the mainstream thanks largely to shows like Soul Train and movies like Saturday Night Fever. Icons like ABBA, The Bee Gees and Donna Summer are behind some of the genre’s most enduring hits including “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!”, “More Than a Woman” and “I Feel Love” —– songs that might just be played on the night.

‘Gimme Gimme Disco’ is coming to shine inside Zouk Singapore on selected dates over the coming months. Non-stop disco classics, a vibrant dancefloor atmosphere and unforgettable party energy — this is a night that sets the bar for disco nights in Singapore.
