The Guinness Great Grill Out returns to Singapore after two years next month. The Irish-inspired event promises to be bigger and better than ever when it takes place on November 5 and 6 at Gillman Barracks.
Expect delicious pairings of barbecue eats and exclusive dining, complemented by live music, a host of entertaining activities and the world’s best beer – Guinness.
Barbecue food lovers can get tips from masterclasses with celebrity chefs Andrew Walsh, Dave Pynt and Bjorn Shen. While participating eateries to enjoy grilled and roasted delights include one of our favourite sando shops, Two Men Bagel House and Man Man Japanese Unagi, to name a few.
Chef’s Table is the most exclusive event. This 5-course tasting experience, priced at $120 per person, is run by Head Chef and Butcher Boy Owner Andrew Walsh and Guinness Beer Food Ambassador, Ian Colgan. The menu features a fusion of Irish and Asian flavours paired with special Guinness brews. There’s limited seating and only four sessions happening over the weekend, so be sure to purchase tickets rapidly.
The Guinness Great Grill Out begins at 3pm daily and finishes at 12am. Celebrate your love for food and Guinness by purchasing a ticket for $20, with one complimentary pint included. Buy tickets here.
