Gyu San is a new duo concept butchers and sando shop located at Tanjong Pagar in Singapore. The cosy modern 25-seater restaurant features an indoor and outdoor dining area, floor-to-ceiling windows and a kitchen helmed by celebrated Chef Tomoyuki Kiga.
Sando highlights include the stellar Gyu Katsu Sando consisting of crispy A5 beef, creamy tare sauce on Japanese milk bread. While the Ebi Sando is made with deep-fried ebi seafood chunks and tartar sauce. Another crowd-pleaser is the indulgent egg-filled Tamagoyaki Sando.
