The show will feature the Metropolitan Festival Orchestra performing magical numbers from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince against the backdrop of the movie played on a 40-foot screen.
It’s perfect to celebrate your love for the Wizarding World as audiences will be captivated by the full orchestra performing award-winning film composer Nicholas Hooper’s entire score live at Esplanade Theatre.
In this episode, as Lord Voldemort tightens his grip on both the Muggle and Wizarding Worlds, Dumbledore is more intent upon preparing Harry for the battle fast approaching. Even as the showdown looms, romance blossoms for Harry, Ron, Hermione and their classmates. Love is in the air, but danger lies ahead and Hogwarts may never be the same again.
Nicholas Hooper uses unique instruments and experimental techniques to create iconic melodies, such as Japanese Taiko drums, as you watch Voldemort’s return having serious consequences for both the Muggle and Wizarding World. See Ron, Harry, and Hermione tackle love, school, and impending war on the big screen.
Prices begin at $79 with the highest costing $249. The Harry Potter concert starts at 8pm and runs for two hours and 50 minutes in Singapore. There will be a 20-minute break at each show. Get tickets here.
