The world-renowned musical Les Misérables is set to return to Singapore in March 2026 with a newer, bolder theatre experience. The large-scale production, titled Les Misérables The Arena Spectacular, is part of the musical’s 40th anniversary world tour. It will be held at Sands Theatre in Marina Bay Sands. Presented by Cameron Mackintosh alongside Nick Grace Management and Base Entertainment Asia, the show promises a visually immersive experience, featuring new set and lighting designs specifically created for arena-style venues. Les Misérables The Arena Spectacular – Singapore
The iconic concert tour is a reimagined version expanded from the acclaimed Les Misérables – The Staged Concert. It saw more than 300 performances in London’s West End over the years. In fact, it will be the third time the musical has been staged in Singapore, following previous runs in 1996 and 2016.
Wonderfully, the Singapore production will feature more than 65 internationally acclaimed cast and orchestra members—delivering the musical’s spectacular score and timeless story with even greater grandeur. Audiences can expect a blend of beloved classics and innovative staging that elevates the emotional impact of the epic tale by Victor Hugo.
This Les Misérables musical Singapore edition is expected to be the most electrifying yet in honour of the special anniversary tour. In fact, the production has already set box office records in the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. Certainly, it will be a highlight of the 2026 cultural calendar in Singapore.
How to get tickets
Ticket sales are set to begin with a Les Misérables Singapore waitlist open until June 22, 2025. Following this, priority and early bird sales will start on June 23 at 10am and general sale from July 1, 2025. Exact dates next March are yet to be revealed.
