More splendid seafood in Singapore!
If you weren’t already spoilt for choice, there is another great seafood spot coming to Singapore. And this one specializes in all things lobster.
American chain Luke’s Lobster opens at Shaw’s House on September 23, promising plenty of scrumptious Maine-style lobster rolls. It’s the first Luke’s outlet to hit Singapore, following successful openings in the US and Japan.
You’ll find the spot on the ground-floor of Shaw’s House, and there will be 17 available seats. This has been squeezed down from the regular 23 seats, due to Covid-19 safety regulations.
Lobster buns from Luke’s really are a sight to behold, too. The fish is freshly caught and seasoned to perfection, held together by the toasty bread.
You’ll have the fine selection of shrimp, crab or lobster to sit between the crusts — and you can grab chips with each meal. If you can’t decide which fish to devour, no sweat. Luke’s Lobster offers a deal where you can get half a roll with each main inside. Everybody wins.
