If your weekend plans involve hunting down the best cheap eats in Singapore or trying a new iconic dining spot…we’ve got some wonderful news for you. The Michelin Guide just dropped its 2026 Bib Gourmand List today and it’s a massive win for heritage hawkers and local favourites. A whopping 97 Singapore eateries made the cut this year—up from 89 last year—proving once again that you don’t need a white tablecloth to get world-class food in the Lion City. Here’s what we know about the 10 Michelin Guide Singapore new entries that earned their spot.
Which Singapore hawkers just won Michelin titles?
The 2026 list spotlights 10 thrilling new entrants making their grand debut from Singapore. Brilliantly, it’s a mix of seasoned heritage stalls and passionate newcomers looking to make their mark.
Diners can now brag about eating at new spots like the beloved King of Laksa, which just scored big for its rich, aromatic bowls and indulgent crispy Hup Kee Fried Oyster Omelette at Newton Food Centre. Meanwhile, the generations-old Tian Nan Xing Minced Pork Noodle and the flavour-packed Rajarani Thosai at Tampines Round Market are now officially Michelin-approved stalls for hearty comfort food lovers.
Here’s the complete list of the 10 new entries that have earned 2026 Bib Gourmand spots:
- King of Laksa
- Boon Keng Road Fish Head Bee Hoon
- Rajarani Thosai
- Yi Pin Wei Braised Duck Kway Chap
- Jia Xiang
- Hup Kee Fried Oyster Omelette

Additionally, long-time champions like A Noddle Story and Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice retained their spots for the 10th consecutive edition.
While 10 brand-new spots were added, two places from last year unfortunately didn’t retain their titles. Those are Geylang’s Eminent Frog Porridge & Seafood and Soon Huat.
Overall, this year’s guide shows that Singapore’s food culture is as dynamic as ever and perfectly affordable when it comes to high-quality food. Certainly, we can expect these restaurants to have queues that are a whole lot longer now.
