The multidisciplinary arts center will make room for a day of mental clarity and improved wellbeing. Take an hour off to yourself in a serene and candlelit room and find your much-needed zen!
Meditation is proven to help to cope with stress, increase self-awareness and focus inwards and on the present. Yet, with Mindful Glow, as you’re illuminated by countless candles, the sound waves from Tibetan bowls and tuning forks will wash over you, leaving you feeling fully energised and reinvigorated.
If you prefer yoga, Mindful Glow also offers a transformational yoga session under the gentle glow of hundreds of candles. Through the use of breathing techniques, relaxing yoga poses and meditation, you can find your inner balance in a deeply relaxing setting. A yoga mat is included in the ticket price, but feel free to bring your own if you wish.
Previous experience in meditation, mindfulness or yoga is not needed, because you won’t be going on this journey alone. Sessions will be guided by an experienced practitioner. All you need to do is breathe in and breathe out.
