We broke the news back in March that a fine dining Japanese restaurant would launch in Singapore this June. Excellently, Nobu is the famous, much-loved by celebrities brand founded in 1994 by Nobu Matsuhisa, renowned actor Robert De Niro and film producer, Meir Teper.
Excitingly, Nobu Singapore opened at Four Seasons Hotel on June 1. Indeed, it’s the first of its kind to launch in Singapore among more than 50 supreme restaurants globally.
Celebrity Chef Nobu brings a combination of traditional Japanese dishes with South American ingredients to the outlet. Wonderfully, he believed that Singapore was an iconic culinary destination with an impressive food scene, hence why he was excited to bring the brand to Singapore.
Nobu Singapore serves the usual range of famous Japanese dishes topped with Peruvian ingredients. Including Chef Nobu’s signature dish, miso black cod, which is a classic Japanese marinated seafood dish with flavourful miso. Equally, the rock shrimp tempura, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno, signature taco rolls and more classics are on the menu.
Additionally, new special dishes inspired by local Singaporean flavours are also on the menu at Nobu Singapore. Plus, the usual list of refreshing drinks and beverages.
Nobu Singapore borders an alfresco open-air Japanese garden and bar. It features its own dreamy entrance through a garden against the Singapore skyline. Certainly, an exclusive fine dining food affair to book this month.
