PRAIRIE by Craftsmen opened its doors on January 20, and sits right by the Botanic gardens. It’s a large open space filled up with greenery and plenty of seats to enjoy a coffee, as well as Al Fresco dining.
At PRAIRIE, you’ll find delicious snacks, classy mains and wonderful hot drinks. You’ll get the choice of outdoor and indoor dining. On the outside, there’s a glass roof with beautiful hanging pots of plants that truly engross you within the shrubbery.
And, the indoor is much of the same. Plants fill the spaces, lighting up every corner of the room.
Along with the scrumptious duck confit you see pictured earlier, mains include beef oxtail, ribeye steak, fish and chips, plus many more. There’s also m0uthwatering desserts and snacks, plus a full breakfast range including egg and bacon croissants and avocado on sourdough among the plentiful options.
At PRARIE, customers will be glad to know they can take advantage of a daily happy hour between 2-8pm, with offers on beers, cocktails, wines, champagnes, spirits, and mocktails. A full menu can be viewed here.
PRARIE has just opened up at Cluny Court in Bukit Timah, so get down there for some daytime relaxing. It’s open daily between 7.30am-10.30pm.
