Just off the coast of Sentosa, an untouched paradise island with clear waters, gorgeous white sand beaches, lush greenery and natural corals, is about to become one of Asia’s most desired holiday destinations. Here’s what we know about Nirup Island:
Nirup Island
Nirup Island, in other words Pulau Nirup, is the perfect place for a staycation just 20 minutes from Singapore. Guests will soon be able to board a ferry to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal, followed by a quick boat ride to Nirup Island in Indonesia. Currently, it’s only accessible by private yacht charter.
The charming island offers a tranquil escape boasting world-class beachfront and oceanfront villas, floating accommodations, luxurious residences, hotel resorts, beach clubs, a Sea Sports Centre with jet skis, kayaks, and more. Plus, it’s in the enchanting Riau Island archipelago.
Guests can enjoy an array of activities such as watersports, breezy restaurants and exotic dining concepts, dreamy sunsets at the Lighthouse Bar and more entertainment.
The marina will soon be able to accommodate up to 70 yachts at one time. Certainly, it’s a blissful escape for couples or families looking to reconnect with one another. Meanwhile, the majestic backdrops and unique beach lifestyle will make you feel as if it’s the Maldives rather than 20 minutes from Singapore. More to follow.
