A new culture heritage restaurant has launched in Singapore. Rempapa Restaurant brings an all-day-dining concept to Singapore and blends Chinese, Peranakan, Eurasian, Indian and Malaysian cuisine.
Helmed by renowned MasterChef Damian D’Silva, famed from Kin Restaurant. Dedicated to Damian himself, the name Rempapa was formed from Rempah, for Malay spice paste, and Papa, which honours Damian as head chef. Interestingly, this new restaurant is Damian’s first all-day-dining concept.
Located at Paya Lebar PLQ, customers can expect a different menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner, with tasteful beverages and more. Excitingly, Rempapa in Singapore serves over 50 diverse dishes, some of which are experimental.
For example, customers at breakfast or brunch can indulge on a delicious multicultural heritage feast. Think Sri Lankan chicken curry and tomato chutney with string hoppers, pork chop curry rice, chickpea with roti, to name a few.
Additionally, dinner highlights include chickpea curry, braised beef with raita and roti, slow-cooked belly pork, fried nyonya fish cakes, and plenty more.
Wonderfully, customers can dive into scrumptious desserts such as the Kueh Patter or coconut custard. Meanwhile, cocktails are a must-have at Rempapa in Singapore. The cocktail menu features the Ginger Flower Cocktail with pink gin, ginger flower, lemon juice, and egg-white foam, to name one favourite.
Certainly, Rempapa Restaurant in Singapore is unmissable this season. For bookings, visit the Seven Rooms website.
