Your all new spot to gaze out over the city lights.
We’re all in agreement that Singapore and all its bright lights is the number one city for the art of the rooftop bar, right? Good. [Featured Image: @flnt.sg, Instagram].
Now, the only trouble is picking the right one. Well, here’s a brand new one to add to your consideration.
FLNT (pronounced Flint, FYI), is the all-new Singapore rooftop bar that melds Peruvian and Japanese flavours together to create some wonderful cocktails. These include the Sumire – which is made with pisco-infused corn, coconut liqueur, purple yam mix, citrus juice and vanilla foam – among many other delicious concoctions.
Plus, visitors will be offered a spectacular dining experience to go with the view. 55-storeys up in the sky, FLNT is said to be the only sumiyaki bar and grill in the city.
Dine on scrumptious sashimi; gorge on sumiyaki dishes from racks of lamb to Spanish acorn-fed pork to grilled white corn with Gruyére cheese; and feast on their deep fried cherry-blossom shrimp to your heart’s content.
There’s even special menus for Chinese New Year and Valentine’s day that you can find at their website.
If this Nikkei Japanese-Peruvian gastrobar sounds like your thing, and let’s be honest, the view is definitely your thing, then make a reservation here.
