This Canadian Bakery Conjures Up Spirited Away ‘No-Face’ Cakes And We NEED To Try It • Love At First Bite

These look incredible!

Remember how ‘No-Face’, the notorious, glutinous beast in Spirited Away does his best to eat eeeevvverything? [Featured Image: @myloveatfirstbite, Instagram].

Well, Love At First Bite bakery in Canada allows you to get your own back for any possible scares he used to give you, and eat him in the form of a delicious cake!

Studio Ghibli’s ‘No-Face’ is never a match for these wonderful baking produce powers over at Love At First Bite. The takeout bakery creates the spirit by conjuring up black sesame seeds and vanilla cream. It’s safe to say, we really want a slice of that.

And, the Studio Ghibli baking fun does not stop there! Chantel Vo, the almighty creator of this baked goodness, also makes little characters from My Neighbour Totoro, another classic title.

These cute macaroons are filled with hojicha and strawberry buttercream, and we hear they go very nicely with bubble tea. Plus, they’re only $3.50 a pop!

Chantel Vo’s concoctions all look equally stunning, if we’re honest. Cakes, cookies, macaroons and more… we’d just like to try the lot.

Unfortunately, the Canadian spot doesn’t reach Singapore quite yet, so we’ll make do with looking at the mouthwatering treats online. If you want to do the same, head over to the @myloveatfirstbite Instagram page.
