The iconic hawker centre was curated by Mr KF Seetoh, founder of Makansutra, a Singaporean company dedicated to promoting heritage street food globally. Additionally, it is in partnership with NYC’s Urbanspace and can sit up to 200 people.
Excellently, customers can also enjoy a range of cuisines such as Chinese, Indian, Malay and more. Highlights include Wok & Staple by Chinese Dragon Phoenix, White Restaurant, Daisy Dream’s offering Peranakan dishes and even a tasty halal burger chain from Singapore. Plus, NYC’s first Southeast Asian pastry shop and a boozy gin cocktail bar called Lady Wong is located at the centre.
