Wellness Festival Singapore first launched back in June 2022 in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board. And after huge success, organisers are bringing the exciting festival back from June 17 to July 9 this year, with a host of new unique offerings for health and fitness enthusiasts to take advantage of.
With more than 100 festival partners and 180 festival experiences spread across 10 precincts islandwide, for three weeks in Singapore…there’ll be both ticketed and free events to attend for people of all ages. Visitors can pick between five different Wellness Personas like Wellness Rookie or Active Adventurer for the best matched activities. From fitness and meditation classes, to lifestyle experiences, family-friendly activities, and much more…here are 15 of the best things to do at Wellness Festival Singapore 2023.

1. Wellness Experience Space
This is a key pop-up event at Marina Bay Sands by Singapore Tourism Board from June 17 until July 9. Discover cool masterclasses and six multi-sensory zones with instagrammable installations like a Mirror Scent Trail, Active Arena with obstacle courses, masterclasses and workshops like Sound Bath Jamming and ASMR Wonderland, food and drink pop-ups, and plenty more.

2. Bliss BASH 2023
Firefly Connections and Singapore EXPO have teamed up to offer Bliss BASH 2023 on June 17 and 18. Day passes cost $15 per person, and participants can enjoy themed family-friendly events centred around yoga, physical health and mental health. While there’ll be talks and workshops to learn some tips for home, and a free yoga mat and wellness packages with your day pass.

3. Munchies & Mindfulness
The famous Museum Of Ice Cream hosted a popular Pink Oasis yoga experience last year. For 2023, MOIC are offering an interactive experience through the museum with unlimited desserts and playful food. 4. Animal Yoga
On July 8, Mandai Wildlife Reserve and Anytime Fitness are offering a yoga session in a unique environment with an opportunity to get up close and personal with animals at Amazing Encounters. If you’re an adult you can do yoga at Boat Plaza in Amazon River or for parents and children, the Manatee viewing deck in Amazon Flooded Forest is perfect. 6. Zumba In The Snow
Singapore’s first-ever Zumba In The Snow takes place at Snow City on various dates between June 17 and July 9. For $15, participants can enjoy an exciting mix of dancing and workout routines, in sub-zero temperatures, for 45 minutes. Jackets will be provided to help you brace the cold!

7. Minmed Fitness @ Jewel
Minmed Wellness Collective has teamed up with Jewel Changi Airport to offer a range of fitness classes in Shiseido Forest Valley. Whether it’s Zumba, Jumping Fitness, a cardio-pumping Night Rhythm Cycling class…you’ll be treated to the most unique workout around. 8. Cacao Ceremony
On June 17 and 22, health enthusiasts can book into this workshop by Singapore Tourism Board. Participants gather in a circle and drink heart-expanding elixir Cacao, which is good for healing, during a magical session which includes guided visualization, a sound bath, intention releasing, and deeper relaxation techniques. Certainly, the perfect activity to do with a group of friends for just $5.

9. Wellness Carnival
AIBI welcome guests to dozens of informative wellness workshops from June 17 to July 9 – and they are free to attend. 10. ASMR Sound Bath & Workshop
Learn all about the calming effects of ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) in this epic workshop by Singaporean ASMR artist and performer, Melinda Lauw. Her immersive experience – Whisperlodge – has been featured in the Netflix docuseries, Follow This, and on The New York Times. There are sessions on June 18 and July 6 for just $10.

12. Gallery Wellness Festival 2023
National Gallery are offering more than 20 art-inspired wellness experiences and free guided tours as part of the Wellness Festival this year from June 17 to July 9. For example, choose to dive deep into artworks at a Slow Art workshop for $30. This museum experience is a superb place to connect with art, yourself and others on July 2 and 9.

13. Project Send Silent Retreat
This unique event is a fitness class, by Project Send, using meditative music through headphones.
