Indeed, health enthusiasts can indulge on a range of fun wellness activities and experiences to promote a better wellbeing. With dozens of ticketed and free events across Singapore, from beach glamping to fitness classes…you’ll be spoilt for choice. Here’s six of our favourites at Wellness Festival Singapore.
1. Pink Oasis
The world-famous Museum Of Ice Cream is hosting one-hour yoga sessions in a tropical pink space outside their premises. Additionally, you’ll be treated to refreshing smoothies after. The experience costs $38 and finishes on June 12. Get tickets via Classpass.
This free multi-sensory pop-up at The Meadow in Gardens By The Bay is unmissable. Guests trek through six interactive holistic wellness zones. Highlights include Light & Sound Bath, where soothing waves wash over you, The Source which lights up at night and On Track a colourful outdoor obstacle course which is a sure way to get the adrenaline pumping. 3. Zentosa Fest
Recharge away from the bustling city on Sentosa for the ultimate wellness island retreat everyday until June 30. Most events are free to enter with some costing just $5. Highlights include The Southernmost Point of Continental Asia becoming a haven for meditation and sound bathing sessions, while there’s opportunities to stayover at Palawan beach, to name a few.
4. Wellness Festival @ Changi
On June 11 and 12, Changi Airport are offering exclusive fitness events at Forest Valley. Plus, there’s plenty of other programmes taking place like a sleepover at the airport, art therapy and mindfulness conversations using art, Dusit Thani’s healthy cooking classes, talks by experts and much more. From June 4 to 12, foodies can learn how to eat and live well in the heart of Chinatown. With programmes such as yoga parties, TCM Cocktail workshops, Healthy Chocolate Decoration workshops, Muay Thai…you’ll be spoilt for choice.
Wonderfully, Singapore Tourism Board teamed up with Crane to bring a pop-up showcasing Singaporean wellness brands at Crane Arab Street on June 4 and 5. Highlights include a Six Perfume Workshop ($56), Herbalism talk by FoodCulture ($68), a blend-your-own smoothie spin bike and much more.
