Although, it’s not all bad news because SIA remains the best airline in Asia for 2025. Additionally, the airline received several other accolades in different categories. World’s Best Airline Awards 2025 – Singapore Airlines
Singapore Airlines and Qatar Airways have been in a constant battle with one another for first place for many years. This marks the ninth time Qatar Airways has won this prestigious award for its exceptional services and innovative offerings. Interestingly, Cathay Pacific Airlines jumped from sixth to third place this year—knocking Emirates into the fourth position. Meanwhile, ANA All Nippon Airways completes the top 5.
Singapore Airlines also earned the title of the World’s Best Cabin Staff 2025, World’s Best First Class, Best Airline in Asia, Best Business Class in Asia, Most Family-Friendly Airline in Asia, and Best Business Class Onboard Catering in Asia. Likewise, SIA continues to be known for its top-quality service, commitment to excellence, and as a leading airline in Asia.

The rankings involve travel experience surveys by Skytrax of more than 21 million passengers from more than 100 nationalities. These surveys were carried out between September 2024 to May 2025. Overall, these world’s best airlines showcase a commitment to service quality and passenger satisfaction.
