Christmas 2025 is arriving early in Singapore with one extra sparkle at a time, as Christmas On A Great Street along Orchard Road has been confirmed to launch on November 8, 2025. The festivities for 2025 kicking off next weekend will run until January 1, 2026. Wonderfully, Orchard Road Christmas 2025 will mark both the much-loved tradition of holiday lights as well as Singapore’s momentous 60th year of independence. Indeed, the city’s iconic shopping strip will glow brighter than ever—inviting millions of locals and tourists to revel in the magic of the season and national pride. Here’s what to expect this year.
Christmas On A Great Street 2025 – key details
A dazzling 3.1 kilometre stretch Tanglin to Dhoby Ghaunt will feature festive wreaths, ribbon swirls, and sparkling lights, alongside an official SG60 logo and beloved Merli mascot. Meanwhile, visitors can enjoy photo installations inspired by local icons, including a Tao Payoh Dragon Playground sculpture and a whimsical trishaw led by reindeer. Plus, the centrepiece Mastercard Christmas Tree returns surrounded by nightly snowfall sessions, festive music, and multimedia projection mapping on the Hilton Singapore Orchard’s facade.

Additionally, Orchard Road will boast two thrilling Christmas Villages for 2025. These will be located at Shaw House Urban Plaza and Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza—each packed with carnival rides, games, holiday treats, and a European-inspired market filled with wooden cottages, crafts, and more.
Excitingly, the Christmas Eve Street Party returns for 2025 offering live bands, food trucks, a countdown event, and plenty of family-friendly fun for FREE. Plus, weekend performances will be held by local talents and live buskers from November 15, 2025.
Organisers expect Orchard Road Christmas 2025 to draw four to five million visitors.
