1. Go Singapore’s first-ever World Christmas Market
The inaugural World Christmas Market in Singapore takes place from December 5 to 25, 2024 at The Promontory @ Marina Bay. The sustainable event aims to create a magical Christmas experience in the heart of the city. Visitors can expect a festive atmosphere with twinkling lights, towering Christmas trees, and soothing sounds of carols. Explore dozens of stalls and shop for handcrafted Christmas goods, stroll down Candy Cane Lane, snap pictures at A Snow Globe Booth, see live festive shows, and admire Singapore’s first solar-powered Christmas Tree, to name a few things. Plus, there’ll be Christmas food booths and a dedicated children’s zone inspired by Saint Nicholas Village to entertain the children.

2. Be merry at Christmas Wonderland
The 11th edition of Singapore’s biggest yuletide fair, Christmas Wonderland, is back on November 29 until January 1, 2025. It takes over Gardens By The Bay for the full month of December. It features a supersized fairground with a sensational array of light displays, new carnival games, festive activities, and even SNOW. Past fun zones included SuperTree Grove, Frosty’s Fairground at The Meadow, and Gingerbread Grove boasting beautiful light displays, a 20-metre-long pirate ship, a sugar-themed space, and much more. 3. Spread festive cheer at Resorts World Sentosa
Resorts World Sentosa is the perfect place to take children this season. Each year, the iconic resorts offers Christmas themed music concerts, enchanting light displays like a 10m tall Christmas Tree of Wonders, art installations, snowfall, delicious dining offers, and more. A date is yet to be announced but it’s usually around December 1.

4. Shop and eat at the best Christmas markets

5. Take the kids to Paw Patrol LIVE
Why not treat the little ones to a pirate adventure for Paw Patrol: The Great Pirate Adventure from December 12 to 15. It takes place at Sands Theatre in Marina Bay Sands. The show features Ruder and his team of pirate pups on a mission to rescue Cap’n Turbot from mysterious cavern and find a secret pirate treasure map to help Mayor Goodway organize a Pirate Day celebration in Adventure Bay. 6. Stroll along Christmas On A Great Street
The 41st edition of Christmas On A Great Street, along Orchard Road, should returns on November 9 to January 5, 2025. This year it’s expected to be much larger and merrier than previous years with three epic Christmas Villages, street parties, beautiful light-ups, and other fun events. 7. Dive into festive fun at Universal Studios

Explore a range of stunning Christmas light displays and pop-ups across Singapore. There’s no information on what light-ups to expect for 2024. Step into a realm of candy to celebrate Christmas at Changi Festive Village. 16. Stroll through festive blooms
Poinsettia Wishes – A Nordic Christmas Adventure took place at Gardens By The Bay. Situated in Flower Dome, it was one of the best things to do last Christmas with more than 20 varieties of poinsettias to wander. Plus, there was Vikings in the form of cuddly Nordic elves, adorable miniature warriors, displays like a dreamy fishing village and enchanting Christmas trees, and more.

17. Hop on a festive cable car

18. Zoom down ice slides at Ice Magic
Curated by Apollo Entertainment Media and Trident Consultancy, Ice Magic: Winter Wonderland is Singapore’s largest indoor winter pop-up experience at Bayfront Event Space. 21. Admire Capitol x CHIJMES Christmas installations
CHIJMES and Capitol Singapore bring authentic Christmas experiences to Singapore every December. For instance, last year All That Glitter offered more than 50 festive European-style Christmas market and Kempinski Singing Tree at Outdoor Plaza, a Christmas Countdown Party on December 24, daily snowfall from 7pm to 10pm at both locations, projection mapping ay CHIJMES, a cosy movie under the stars, an Elf hunt, among others.
