If you’re one of many Singaporeans taking a trip to the idyllic Desaru Coast, you need to put a new fashion pop-up café and store on your list of things to do.
Until August 6, award-winning resort One&Only is hosting Dior’s first Dioriviera pop-up store and café in Desaru Coast, to celebrate creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri’s exclusive Summer Capsule Collection. Wonderfully, Ember Beach Club has been transformed into a pastel pink haven with a touch of La Dolce Vita.
The iconic event boasts pink and grey hued deckchairs, umbrellas, table tennis racks, larger-than-life sculptures like a sand castle, art, and more – to create an ig-worthy utopia that perfectly blends against the backdrop of the tropical forest, white sand beaches, and turquoise waters.
Dior Store Experience
First, visitors will get an exclusive peak at the new Dioriviera Capsule Collection. From chic skirts, swimsuits, t-shirts, shorts, to accessories like the Lady Dior Tote Bags – all printed in pastel pinks, adorned with Dior’s signature motifs reinvented in soft pink and grey shades, the Toile De Joy…fashion lovers will be in their element.
Additionally, guests will see the Dioriviera home and lifestyle items, from surfboards to yoga mats, and more – also designed with the signature Dior motifs and a pastel pink colour scheme.
Dior Café Desaru Coast
Meanwhile, Ember Beach Club provides guests with a unique dining experience at Dior Café. Excitingly, the chic seaside setting follows the same colour scheme as the collection, revealing a romantic dusk pink with pops of grey, and Toile De Jouy motifs. From the pool to the beach cabanas….everything is decked out in a sleek Dior design.
Wonderfully, guests can dine in these alfresco areas or inside the Dior-themed restaurant. While there’s a Mediterranean-inspired menu by popular chef from Beta KL, Raymond Tham. Each dish focuses on hearty summer flavours, paying homage to Malaysia’s fresh local produce, with a stylish French twist.
This dreamy escape is just a 90-minute ride on the new ferry from Singapore to Desaru Coast. Otherwise, you can take a quick day trip by driving in two hours. Certainly, it’s an exciting place to celebrate fashion, life and art, and feel like you’re on holiday in the French Riveria.
To visit the Dior Café and Pop-Up Store in Desaru Coast, you need to book on the Dior website. The immersive experience is opened 10am to 8pm daily.
