The first Coach Restaurant in Singapore is set to open its doors to the public on October 31. Located at Jewel Changi Airport, this marks the global fashion house’s latest bold new chapter for the brand’s expansion into hospitality. This modern New York City-inspired steakhouse brings Coach’s heritage to the vibrant culinary heart of Asia. Positioned alongside The Coach Coffee Shop and a newly renovated Coach retail store, the stylish restaurant allows guests to immerse themselves fully in the luxury lifestyle brand’s world—blending fashion with innovative dining experiences. Here’s what to expect.
What makes Singapore’s Coach Restaurant a must-visit?
The 56-seater Coach Restaurant is located with a striking view of Jewel Changi’s Rain Vortex. The space is inspired by New York’s spirit with the interior design harmonizing signature Coach leather details and architectural contracts, like bronze mirror walls, and tropical wood louvers symbolising Southeast Asia. Iconic touches like cosy leather nooks and a full-size suspended yellow taxi cab create an inviting atmosphere that feels unmistakably New York. Meanwhile, there’s a 10-seater bar and chef’s counter where guests can watch the open woodfire kitchen in action. Overall, every detail (overseen by Coach CEO Todd Kahn) is crafted to embody the culture of Coach and deliver an authentic, immersive experience.

The kitchen is led by famed local Chef Kurt Sombero whose menu celebrates steakhouse classics with an inventive twist. Expect delicious USDA Prime cuts and prized Japanese Satsuma Wagyu A5, as well as signatures like the porterhouse steak, complemented by fresh raw bar selections like American oysters, woodfire-grilled Dover Sole, caviar-topped Black and White Bagel, Lemon Thyme Roasted Chicken, and more.

Additionally, Coach Restaurant offers indulgent desserts like a 20-layer Chocolate Cake and classic New York Cheesecake, paired with a 100-bottle, all-American wine list curated by Head Sommelier Jane Yoon, and a creative cocktail programme.

Wonderfully, Coach Restaurant in Singapore is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11.30am to 10pm. Certainly, a luxury dining experience like no other to try before or after a flight. Plus, the restaurant is directly connected to Jewel’s Coach store blending fashion, culture, and cuisine under one roof.
