1. Belgian Waffles
Larger than regular waffles, Belgian waffles have deeper pockets, perfect for holding mountain loads of ingredients, from Nutella, to maple syrup, ice-cream, sweets and more. Luckily, Dessert lovers can get their fix at plenty of Singapore joints. Try Sunday Folks for some marvellous indulgent varieties, from Dark Chocolate to Matcha, there is something for everyone. 2. Spanish Churros
This Spanish dessert is a fried dough with a fluffy inside and goes down heavenly paired with hot chocolate sauce. Indeed, there are plenty of popular go-to spots in Singapore, but you need to try the most authentic ones for the most pleasure. For instance, you could try the Signature wrapped churros such as Cheeky Monkey, with banana, Nutella and dark chocolate at the award-winning Churros Republic or else opt for churros with a scrumptious dipping sauce at Mexican restaurant, Chico Loco.

3. Italian Tiramisu
This beautiful Italian dessert is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a mixture of eggs, sugar, mascarpone cheese and flavoured with cocoa. A slice of Tiramisu is the pick-me-up you need whenever you’re feeling blue. There are plenty of spots in Singapore, but we love the dreamy selection of flavours over at L’Atelier Tiramisu. Think classic chocolate, dark cherry, matcha, Brulée, just to name a few. Our mouths are watering at the sight of the picture above.

4. French Crème Brulée
All the way from France, this traditional vanilla flavoured dessert is made of a rich custard base, topped with layers of caramel and often smothered with berries. Customers recommend Argentinean restaurant Bochinche for the perfect balance of custard and cream after a dinner date, while Ninethirty By Awfully Chocolate cater the most indulgent White Chocolate Crème Brulée cakes, that are a must when it comes to parties.

6. Banoffee Pie
Sweeten up your day by wolfing into this beautiful English dessert made from bananas, thick caramel sauce, cream, butter and biscuits. The recipe has evolved worldwide to include plenty of OTT extras, from chocolate to coffee, and more. 8. German Black Forest Cake
This much-loved German delicacy consists of layers of chocolate cake with cherry sauces, chopped cherries and whipped cream filling. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to locate a traditional one in Singapore. Though, we think you’ll satisfy your craving at Laurent Café & Chocolate Bar, where they have the most appetizing traditional 3-layered dark chocolate Black Forest cake. It’s got two layers of cherries, plenty of whipped cream and chocolate toppings. What’s not to like?
