High Bar Society is the first gelato cocktail bar in Singapore located at Tanjong Pagar. Founded by award-winning Chef Sharon Tay, who first developed a passion for gelato back in 2014 after training in Italy, before crafting the most innovative gelato flavours around.

Excitingly, Chef Sharon Tay is responsible for groundbreaking new gelato with a 6% alcohol by volume. This makes it the highest in Asia which is only available at High Bar Society. The new gelato cocktail bar is a unique way to try a fusion of alcoholic gelato cocktails and ice cream in Singapore. But be warned you may get tipsy after just one serving!
Step into an elegant 30-seater venue designed with a concrete moon, and a soft lunar glow, that illuminates the dark minimalist room. Certainly, it’s the perfect haven to enjoy a unique cocktail experience, paired with delectable desserts, tapas, and ice cream flavours infused with gin, whiskey, and more.
Wonderfully, there are 20 diverse flavours of the most high-spirited gelato in Asia to choose from. Premium spirits like Bombay Sapphire are incorporated into the gelato ice cream.
Highlights include Triple Chocolate Macallan, Lychee Rose Veuve Clicquot Rose, Sicilian Pistachio Glenmorangie, and Blue Pea Hokkaido Milk Strawberry Patron XO.
Additionally, customers can order sweet and savoury snacks such as Guinness Applewood Smoked cheesecakes, Wasabi Avocado with Salmon and Fried Wanton Skins, and Osmanthus Lime Pie, to name a few.

The venue is opened from 5pm to midnight on weekdays and 5pm to 2am over the weekend.
