The mastermind chefs behind the newly awarded No.2 World’s Best Restaurant and The Best Restaurant In South America are coming to Singapore for a three month residency. Wonderfully, powerhouse couple Virgilio Martínez and Pía León bring their culinary expertise all the way from Central in Lima, Peru.
Until October 30, the celebrated chef couple are headlining Mandala Masters Presents: Meters Above Sea Level which is a dining experience like no other in Singapore. Foodies can indulge on beautiful creations, multi-course tasting menus and Peruvian handpicked ingredients showcasing biodiverse landscapes and ecosystems.
Excellently, the multi-course tasting menu journeys through different altitudes in Peru ranging from -10 to 3850 MASL. For instance, diners can enjoy options like squid, scallops and caviar as well as flavours of Amazonian nut, Peruvian cacao and squash.
The most affordable menu is the Wine Pairing Lunch ($188), while the Wine Pairing Dinner will set you back $250. Of course, the showstoppers are the 11-course Dinner menu ($488) and eight-course Lunch ($320). Meanwhile, South American-inspired Cocktail Pairings ($188+) are also available. Certainly, the taste will make you feel as if you’re in South America.
Excitingly, the three month residency is hosted at the stunning Art Restaurant in National Gallery Singapore by Mandala Club.
