The 2026 Michelin Guide highlights how three iconic dining destinations retained their elite three-star status: Les Amis, Odette, and Zén. These venues continue to set the ultimate gold standard for Singapore Michelin Star Restaurants with their flawlessly executed tasting menus and world-class hospitality.
Meanwhile, the two-star category welcomed thrilling new additions, bringing its total to nine. The iconic Seroja, known for its tribute to the Malay Archipelago, was rightfully promoted to two stars. Plus, 1887 by André made an explosive debut by entering the guide directly with two stars. This restaurant joins esteemed returning two-star favourites: Cloudstreet, Jaan by Kirk Westaway, Meta, Saint Pierre, Shoukouwa, Sushi Sakuta, and Thevar.

Additionally, the one-star category saw an exciting shake-up, expanding to 33 restaurants thanks to six wonderful newcomers.
