Singapore is putting in huge effort to recover tourism after COVID-19. Certainly, this expands to Universal Studios who hope to add to visitor experience with a new gripping feature, Minion Land.
Indeed, the park will boast a collection of all-new thrilling attractions and entertainment facilities. For example, the world’s first-ever Minion 3D ride will be exclusive to Minion Land in Singapore.
Excitingly, this new ride called Despicable Me Minion Mayhem uses captivating motion-simulator 3D technology and near-realistic projections of the Despicable Me world to make visitors feel as if they are right next to the chaotic characters.
Additionally, Minion Land will feature an array of other delightful adventures and new state-of-the-art rides as well as iconic themed restaurants and shops across the zone.
In addition to this new attraction, RW is refurbishing more entertainment areas and hotels. For instance, a revamping of S.E.A Aquarium will begin at the same time as Minion Land. Equally, it will be renamed Singapore Oceanarium and will triple in size. Interestingly, project investments for both together is a whopping $400 million.
Resorts World Sentosa, stated in a press release, that construction will begin in the second quarter of 2022.
Definitely, Minion Land coming to Singapore will give tourism the ultimate boost.
