Mr. Holmes Bakehouse opened its first outlet in Singapore back in August. Indeed, this world-famous craft bakery from San Francisco birthed ‘Cruffins’, and has been pleasing Singaporeans every since its launch.
Excitingly, the branch recently opened a second outlet in the CBD. Located at Raffles Place, the new totally instagrammable 32-seater café features neon sign posts, marbles, leather seating and sleek neutral colour tones with dashes of pink.
Diners can indulge on an unbeatable fix of all-new cruffins, the hybrid between a muffin and a croissant filled with delicious ingredients, exclusive new sandwiches and salads, unique croissants, donuts, cookies and plenty more sweet and savoury bites. Certainly, an excellent choice for those seeking lunch in the CBD.
Particularly, new bakes include the Pistachio Cream Cruffin ($6.50) and Brioche Donuts ($5.80) flavours like Rose Lychee and Banoffee.
Equally, there’s a range of new sandwiches such as the crowd-pleasing Spam & Egg with Kimchi Croissant ($13), Egg Mayo & Candied Bacon ($10) on a potato bun and even vegan sourdough Roasted Veggie & Hummus ($10), to name a few.
Excellently, one of our favourite cheap eats places, Two Men Bagel House, has teamed up with Mr Holmes Bakehouse to offer exclusive bagels and cruffins until the end of May. Think Two Men Bagel House Cruffin ($10) consisting of banana, white chocolate cream and passionfruit puree. Alternatively, try the Pigs N Figs Bagel ($16) with smoked ham, fig ham and cream cheese.
Certainly, the foodie experience you need to try this week. Read more about Mr Holmes Bakehouse in Singapore here.
