Singaporeans are excited about a new park that was unveiled on the Round Island Route. Changi Bay PC spans 3.6km and connects Changi Beach Park to East Coastal Park.
Wonderfully, it boasts a range of attractions. Such as, a new boardwalk over the oceans edge that’s perfect for a sunrise run or cycle and a totally romantic pavilion that lights up at nightfall offering unbeatable views afar.
Additionally, two scenic 80m-long ocean-facing wooden bridges have opened. From cycling to running and more…it’s the perfect location to embrace the outdoors. Likewise, nature lovers will be in their element.
Other facilities include lalang grass, benches to relax, an array of picnic areas and more. Definitely, it’s an excellent place to catch an epic sunset in Singapore.
Already, it’s a popular route for cyclists. However, the new park in Singapore now invites a diverse collection of people to stop-by.
Currently, the 75km route exhibits many recreational areas. For example, Singapore River, Rower’s Bay Park and Sengkang Riverside Park, to name a few. Excitingly, the Round Island Route is slated to be Singapore’s longest recreational loop, at 150km. Equally, it will be completed in 2035.
