The annual Children’s Festival, held at Gardens By The Bay, is making headlines this season with the first-ever Stitch themed outdoor event in Asia-Pacific. Running from now until June 15, Disney’s Lilo & Stitch take over Supertree Grove in honour of the cinema release of the new live-action film. The festival offers free admission with some activities requiring separate charges. Here’s what we know about the Lilo & Stitch themed Children’s Festival 2025.
Lilo & Stitch Children’s Festival 2025
The Lilo & Stitch event has transformed the iconic gardens into a tropical playground and invites families to embrace the spirit of Ohana through interactive play and creative exploration.
There are four main attractions themed around Disney’s Lilo & Stitch. The standout is the 7-metre-tall slide, named The Great Ohana Wave, which wraps around a Supertree. It features a slide using inflatable tubes and helmets for children aged six to 12. Meanwhile, the Forest of Belonging is an inflatable playscape that invites children to explore themes of family and belonging inspired by Stich’s journey in the movie. Plus, Space Adventure showcase Stitch’s extraterrestrial origin in a cosmic challenge, while Stitch’s Mischief Makers offers a creative sensory zone with kinetic sand for play.
Additionally, children can grab free activity trail booklets to collect stamps at each activity station and redeem exclusive Stitch-themed sticker sheets.
Excitingly, the festival will also offer special events throughout the month. For instance, families can meet Stitch himself on June 7 and 8 at Supertree Grove Lane, while an exclusive The Way to Ohana light and sound show comes alive every evening at 7.45pm and 8.45pm. Plus, you can’t miss the exclusive retail pop-ups for Stitch merchandise, educational storytelling sessions, creative workshops, and lively stage performances by Cake Theatre on weekends.
Don’t forget to pose in front of the 2-metre-tall Stitch figurine and share your photo to Instagram. By doing so, you are in with a chance to win movie tickets for the live-action film.
Certainly, the Children’s Festival 2025 is a memorable experience for families over the June school holidays in Singapore.
