Why is the 2025 World Oyster Festival a must-visit?
Singapore’s World Oyster Festival 2025 is set to offer a lineup of more than 20 oyster varieties, from eight countries, including Canada, France, Australia, and more.
The event promises to be a one-stop oyster crawl experience from July 1 to 31. Wonderfully, the best oysters will be flown in from places like Ireland, Portugal, and Japan, as well as the countries mentioned above. These fresh and diverse oysters bring the taste of each region to the heart of the island.

Particularly, diners can enjoy the Oyster Tasting Platter, which is the chef’s handpicked selection of oyster- that’s perfect for sharing. Otherwise, you can curate your own oyster meal by picking your favourite oysters in eight pairs (16pcs) or buy one for $2.95 per piece. Meanwhile, there are pairings such as fine wines and other seafood dishes to add to your palate.
Greenwood Fish Market is a family business with several seafood eateries. They are known for delicious fish and chips and fresh seafood. The World Oyster Festival runs at their Bukit Timah and Quayside Isle restaurants in Singapore.
