The World’s 50 Best Hotels, is a new edition of the World’s 50 Best, which was unveiled at an awards ceremony in London this week. The inaugural list features world-class hotels from 35 locations across six continents, celebrating the best hotels, and travel experiences globally.
The World’s 50 Best Hotels in Singapore
The Lion City’s iconic 5-star Raffles Singapore, famous for its exquisite white walls since its opening in 1899, placed at number 17 on the list. Meanwhile, hidden in the lush rainforest on Sentosa Island, Capella Singapore, known for its 1880s colonial architecture across a charming 30-acre estate, ranked at number 28 on the list.
Both these establishments boasts 5-star ratings. They offer premium facilities from swimming pools to spas, dining concepts, groundbreaking designs, and a truly immersive guest experience.

The World’s 50 Best Hotels is part of a list produced by the World’s 50 Best brand series – which originally launched with the World’s 50 Best Restaurants back in 2002. Interestingly, the popular listings showcase worldwide trends and highlight greatness in different sectors across the planet. It is owned by William Reed from the United Kingdom.
