Singaporeans take their fast food seriously. For many of us, a flame-grilled Whopper or a pipping hot side of onion rings is the ultimate comfort food after a long day of work…but what happens when Burger King forgets part of our order and we’ve already gone home?
Following up on our deep dive into the island’s worst-rated McDonald’s outlets, we’ve decided to turn our attention to another fast food giant. While Burger King has plenty of loyal fans across Singapore, a quick look into Google Reviews revealed some outlets are giving absolute chaos. From long wait times to missing ingredients, here’s the worst-rated Burger King outlets in Singapore.
Singapore’s lowest-rated Burger King is at the airport
The worst-rated Burger King in Singapore is at Changi Airport’s Terminal 1 Viewing Hall. With 3.6 stars, people are not happy with this outlet right now. According to reviews, this airport branch struggles to keep up with the demands of hungry travellers. It’s known for unexpectedly long queues, slow service before a flight, and missing items from takeaway bags occasionally.

And the frustration doesn’t just end at the collection point for travellers. There’s also claims of lukewarm, soggy fries, sloppy burgers ”slapped together”, and many passengers being left to abandon their half-eaten meals in a dash to catch a flight.
How does the rest of Singapore compare?
The airport’s Burger King is not the only outlet disappointing customers around the island. From 1-hour wait times at one outlet to overwhelmed staff, stone-cold fries, forgotten sauces, shrinking burger sizes, bread that tastes like ”cardboard”, and even missing toys from children’s meals…diners have left multiple complaints.
Here are the five worst-rated Burger King outlets in Singapore:
- Burger King Terminal 1 Viewing Hall (3.6 stars)
- Burger King West Coast Community Centre (3.8 stars)
- Burger King HillV2 (3.9 stars)
- Burger King United Square (4.0 stars)
- Burger King Woodlands CC (4.0 stars)

Remember that Google Reviews can change, so these ratings only reflect the time of writing. Although, there are some positive reviews hidden among the negative ones. Certainly, fast food will always be a bit of a gamble.
