The iconic Esplanade Mall will be home to a sophisticated new rooftop dining lounge bar this September. Baia, is concepted by the renowned Beppe De Vito of the ilLido Group, and offers a stylish rooftop setting to enjoy delicious bar food and drinks on Level 4 of the shopping mall. Baia aims to refine luxury and indulgence in the heart of Singapore, drawing inspiration from its namesake, an ancient Roman resort city of the same name. Here’s what we know about Baia Singapore:

The vibrant new rooftop bar offers stunning panoramic views of the Marina Bay skyline and F1 Grand Prix race track. The lush venue spans 5,000 square feet, surrounded by greenery, complemented by magnificent city views. So, it’s the perfect place to enjoy events like the F1 Races in Singapore this month.
The bar features an inviting space for up to 136 people, blending warm tones and adorned in chic art deco, and promises to offer a daily life programme of dance performances, energetic DJs, magicians, and other entertainment. Plus, there’s an elegant outdoor terrace to enjoy the atmosphere in the open air.
Guests can indulge on a range of small plates such as caviar selections, unique pizzas, decadent desserts, shared cheese boards, and even buffets specifically for corporate events, weddings, or birthday parties for up to 400 guests.
Baia plans to offer a world-class cocktail experience in partnership with Proof & Co. These experts are behind innovative cocktails from some of Asia’s most celebrated bars. The cocktails aim to transport visitors into a Roman and Mediterranean revival with three categories: SOL, NOX, and MOSAICS.
The SOL cocktails are radiant and refreshing while NOX cocktails channel goddess of night with a strong kick, and the MOSIACS offer a collection of massive punchbowls for large groups.
Certainly, Baia will become a top nightlife location in Singapore this season. In fact, it is a sister venue to new Italian concept Sospiri in the Central Business District. The venue will open everyday from 5pm to 12am with extended hours to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. A specific opening date is yet to be announced.
