6. Melt Café

This well-known buffet restaurant inside Mandarin Oriental is the perfect place to dine around the world without leaving Singapore. The all-day dining begins at 6.30am for breakfast and ends at 9.30pm after dinner, serving a range of delightful items in a stylish space. There’s gourmet stations, barbecue bites, roasts and carvery, Indian delights, globally famous desserts and much more. Melt is currently closed for renovations but it’s a must-visit once it reopens.
