Hilton Singapore Orchard launched an extravagant brunch affair at its popular all-day global dining restaurant, Estate.
Estate is an expansive 345-seater space inspired by the heritage of Orchard Road delivering global flavours. So you can expect a unique dining experience with a hint of modern. The Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet offers the widest selection of buffet delights, endless bubbles and engaging activities for kids.
The buffet features comfort food delights and brunch favourites from around the world. For example, beef Wellington, Maine lobster thermidor topped with brandy, seafood like tiger prawns, shucked oysters from Canada and Ireland, Chinese and Indian specialties, homemade black truffle pasta, signature black truffle duck, whole wagyu prime rib… the list is endless.
Additionally, cheese lovers will adore Singapore’s largest cheese offering with 32 types of cheeses at the buffet. Think blue from Janier and premium cheese like 16-month Comté, to name a few. Plus, there’s a wide selection of cold cuts such as smoked and cured fish and scrumptious 25kg Mortadella ham sliced every minute.
Excitingly, diners enjoy free-flowing Laurent Perrier Champagne as well as plenty of red and white wines. Similarly, the Do-It-Yourself cocktail bar, where enthusiasts make their own cocktails concoctions is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.
Obviously, we can’t forget about the yummy exotic desserts. Think lychee rose cake, black sesame cheesecake, triple fermented chocolate cake and even a unique colourful cotton candy station.
