The new 255-room hotel is set to be seven floors high and resemble a Floating Forest. The 163-metre-long hotel will feature innovative designs and eco-friendly, modern facilities. These include hanging plants, solar photovoltaic panels, naturally ventilated corridors, hybrid cooling system, rainwater harvesting, and other energy-efficient elements.
Additionally, guests can immerse themselves in a stylish rooftop day club, vibrant bar, and infinity pool with stunning panoramic views of the runway, airport, and skyline.
The iconic new hotel joins two other existing hotels at Changi Airport. These include YOTELAIR and the award-winning Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, also owned by OUE Group.
In fact, Hotel Indigo Changi Airport is one of several new development projects to assist tourism growth and enhance passenger experience in Singapore. Plus, it promises to lead the way in sustainability and reduce environmental impact as potentially being the first zero-energy airport hotel worldwide.
Certainly, the innovative new hotel is a great boost for Singapore’s tourism sector and it will enhance passenger experience.
