Famed American Chef Nancy Silverton is launching an award-winning restaurant at Hilton in Singapore. On May 31, Chef Nancy opened Osteria Mozza at Hilton Singapore Orchard.
All the way from its Michelin starred outpost in Los Angeles, the eatery will focus on delicious Californian-Italian cuisine. Originally, the brand appeared at Marina Bay Sands but shut in 2018, much to the disappointment of pizza and pasta lovers. However, it’s anticipated to be one of the best Italian eateries in Singapore this year.
The stylish 120-seater space features rustic farmhouse designs, timber paneling, leather furniture and a brown colour scheme. Additionally, there’s an open kitchen, unique free-standing mozzarella bar serving imported Italian cheeses, alfresco dining area and private rooms that are excellent for group dining.
Expect scrumptious Italian dishes with inventive twists, alongside classics from the flagship restaurant and a range of new dishes curated specifically to appease Singapore diners. Think exotic homemade pastas, wood-fire pizzas and crowd-pleasing grilled and mozzarella dishes.
Additionally, dessert lovers can enjoy an array of gelato desserts such as Caramel Butterscotch Budino. Meanwhile, wash it all down with some stellar wines and creative cocktails with an Italian twist.
This new restaurant is the last concept to be added to the new Hilton hotel alongside five others which include all-day global dining restaurant, Estate and award-winning Chatterbox, to name two.
