The Michelin-starred eatery first launched in Los Angeles and focuses on delicious Californian-Italian cuisine. The brand originally appeared at Marina Bay Sands but shut in 2018, much to the disappointment of pizza and pasta lovers. However, it’s one of the best Italian eateries to visit in Singapore this year.
The stylish 120-seater space features rustic farmhouse designs, timber paneling, leather furniture and a brown colour scheme. Additionally, there’s an open kitchen, free-standing mozzarella bar serving imported Italian cheeses, alfresco dining area and private rooms that are excellent for group dining.
Wonderfully, the restaurant will offer a casual lunch experience featuring Silverton’s world-famous and most sough-after artisanal pizzas and American-style salads from September 1.
There are 10 signature pizzas on the menu such as Fennel Sausage and Meatballs, Silverton’s favourite Burrata, the American classic BLT and more. Interestingly, the wood-fire pizzas take three days to process using king Arthur bread flour with spelt and rice flours. Meanwhile, health enthusiasts will enjoy Nancy’s Chopped Salad, Roasted Chicken Salad and even a unique Shrimp Caesar.
Already, diners can dig into scrumptious Italian dishes with inventive twists, alongside classics from the flagship restaurant and a range of new dishes curated specifically to appease Singapore diners. From exotic homemade pastas to crowd-pleasing grilled dishes…you’ll be spoilt for choice.
Additionally, dessert lovers can order the likes of Caramel Butterscotch Budino and Rosemary Olive Oil Cakes. Be sure to wash it all down with some stellar wines or creative cocktails with an Italian twist.
