
One of the most famous macaroons shops in Paris is set to debut in Singapore on August 1, 2025. Renowned French pastry chef, Pierre Hermé, will opens his first boutique at Resorts World Sentosa and the first and largest in Southeast Asia. The two-storey boutique will part of WEAVE, a vibrant new lifestyle destination, promising unique culinary adventures and immersive experiences on Sentosa Island. Hermé, often referred to as the Picasso of Pastry, is celebrated for his exquisite macaroons and other haute patisserie creations. The first Singapore store, part of a lineup of international brands debuting at Resorts World Sentosa’s WEAVE, will offer a range of legendary French pastries and Singapore-exclusive creations from the World’s Best Pastry Chef. For instance, the Trick of the Eye is a treat in a shape of a mini Peanut Butter French Toast for customers in Singapore only.

Excitingly, Pierre Hermé Singapore will offer their iconic macaroons known for their generous fillings. These include signature Singaporean flavours like the Isaphan (rose, lychee, and raspberry) and Mogador (milk chocolate and passionfruit).

Additionally, Pierre Hermé Singapore will be the first venue in the world to offer icy bubble tea options. Highlights include flavours like Ispahan with rose and lychee, Satine combining orange and passionfruit, and more with tapioca pearls and fruits, to name a few.
Additionally, there’ll be an Ice Cream Bar with 15 unique flavours of ice cream and sorbet, alongside delicious brioches, and artisanal coffee. In fact, this will be a first in the world outside Paris. Plus, visitors can expect a personalised service allowing them to create gourmet assortments, complete with elegant packaging, inspiring by Japanese gift culture.

Beyond sweets, the flagship will features an all-day dining restaurant named La Tabla by Pierre Hermé serving classic French dishes. Meanwhile, guests can purchase gift items such as jams, pralines, and chocolate spreads, as well as visit the innovative Japanese gift-wrapping Pierre Hermé Paris Furoshiki Stand.
Indeed, Pierre Hermé has a strong global presence with outlets in France, London, Japan, Hong Kong, Monaco, and Doha, to name a few. His renowned desserts have gained a cult following worldwide and Singaporeans will soon have the opportunity to try them from August 2025.
