The first Retro Roller Skating Festival in Singapore is launching on November 17. RollerMania 3.0 sees the Plaza Singapura Carpark transformed into a neon-lit disco and carnival, for people of all ages to enjoy, until the new year.
First retro roller skating festival in Singapore
RollerMania 3.0 is presented by Trip.com with The X Agency. The one-of-a-kind roller skating experience features a funky throwback setting on Level 7 of Plaza Singapura Carpark, complete with disco lights, retro 70s vibes, interactive displays for the best photo opportunities, and LED-lit wheels on skates.
The unbeatable retro roller skating event is on until January 1, 2024. Just in time for Christmas, guests can feel fabulous skating to their heart’s content for two hours at this unique experience paired with electrifying tunes.
Wonderfully, there will be themed nights such as Swifties Skate It Off for Taylor Swift fans, Rock n Roll, TikTok Top Hits, K-Pop, and much more.
Additionally, sessions are on throughout the day at RollerMania 3.0. You can take quick lessons each weekend from 3pm to 9pm from veteran skaters. Meanwhile, participants will receive skate assist devices and protection gear if needed. Young children must be supervised by an adult at all time.
When you’re finished gliding across the roller rink, you can visit two interactive play zones. These include Timezone with popular arcade games such as Mariot Kart, James Bond Pro Pinball, and Centipede Chaos where you can play in teams or against as one. While FiestaMania Carnival offers amusement rides such as LED Water Boat, Battle Ships Merry-Go-Round, Creamery Caraousel, and other games with prizes to be won.
How to get tickets
RollerMania 3.0 tickets are available via Trip.com from $20.
The opening hours are 12pm to 10pm on Mondays to Thursdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Although, on Fridays and Saturdays it will open from 11am to 11pm.
Certainly, the immersive roller skating festival in Singapore is one of best things to do this season with family, friends, or even a date. Don’t forget to dress in your best retro fit and bell-bottom pants.
