Wings Of Time is a spellbinding immersive experience featuring majestic soundtracks, fireworks, lasers and other 3D effects, that light up the night sky, against the backdrop of the ocean in Sentosa.
The award-winning show is the only permanent, multi-sensory night show worldwide set on the open sea. Operated by Mount Faber Leisure Group, it returned to Silosa Beach in May 2022, after two years dormant, and we recently went along to see what all the fuss is about.
Wings Of Time
The new Wings of Time uses state-of-the-art multimedia effects and upgraded pyrotechnics, with 3D projection mapping, robotic water fountains and giant jets, lasers, spark fountains, and other installations – to make it even more engaging for audiences.
A larger-than-life screen, set on the ocean, is used to tell a story of courage and friendship with Shahbaz, a prehistoric bird and his two friends Rachel and Felix. The trio travel across dazzling landscapes and different eras in history. From the Industrialisation Revolution to the Mayan Pyramids, African Savanna, and Underwater World, as well as Silk Road period…their colourful journey is just magical to watch.
The 20-minute show is complete with alluring musical numbers, fire and water effects, and even a fireworks display on the sea at the end. It’s both educational and interesting for people of all ages, exhibiting inspiring hidden meanings that make us stop and think about life – long after leaving.
Certainly, it’s one of the greatest nightlife experiences in Singapore, and an excellent end to a day out in Sentosa.
Additionally, there’s a range of attractions nearby from Central Beach Bazaar, to iFly Singapore, SkyHelix Sentosa, the epic Skyluge rides, to name a few Sentosa activities.
Wings Of Time can seat up to 2,750 people. Shows take place daily at 7.40pm and 8.4opm. Tickets for Wings Of Time in Sentosa are from $18 but you can get a 10% discount if you book online. For tickets, visit the Mount Faber website.
